User-Uploaded Content
Picazor is built around content submitted by users and third parties. Uploaders are responsible for making sure they own the content they submit or have permission to publish it. Picazor does not grant users permission to upload someone else's work.
We respond to copyright complaints that identify specific material on Picazor. We may remove or disable access to reported material when a notice appears complete and valid.
Send a Copyright Notice
Copyright complaints should be sent to [email protected].
Please include:
- your physical or electronic signature
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
- the exact Picazor URL or enough detail for us to locate the material
- your name, address, phone number, and email address
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner
Incomplete Notices
Vague requests slow down review. A notice that does not identify the exact material, does not explain ownership, or does not provide working contact information may be rejected or delayed until more information is provided.
After We Receive a Notice
We review notices and may remove, disable, restrict, or preserve content as appropriate. We may notify the user who uploaded the material and may keep records connected to the notice, the uploader, repeat infringement review, and any later dispute.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the complaint was mistaken or that you have legal rights to use the material, you may contact us with a counter-notice. Include enough detail for us to understand the removed material, your authority to use it, and how to contact you.
Submitting false information in a copyright dispute may create legal risk. If you are unsure, get legal advice before sending a counter-notice.
Repeat Infringers
Picazor may suspend or terminate accounts, block uploads, remove content, or limit access for users who repeatedly upload infringing material or abuse the copyright process.
Other Rights
Copyright is not the only possible issue. Reports involving privacy, non-consensual intimate content, minors, impersonation, harassment, trademarks, or illegal material should be sent through the Report Abuse process when they are not primarily a copyright complaint.
