These Terms govern access to Picazor and use of its website, accounts, uploads, comments, feeds, favorites, and related features. By visiting or using Picazor, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

Picazor is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult material in their location. By using the service, you confirm that you meet those requirements.

Anyone under 18 is not allowed to access, register, upload, comment, or otherwise use Picazor.

You are responsible for your account, login details, uploads, messages, comments, and activity. Do not share access to your account or use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts when we believe an account has violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or been used for abuse, spam, fraud, illegal activity, or repeat policy violations.

Picazor is a hosting and sharing platform for user-submitted content. Users, uploaders, creators, and third-party providers are responsible for the material they upload or make available through the service.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and legal authority needed to upload, publish, store, display, and share that content on Picazor.

Picazor does not claim ownership of user uploads. You grant Picazor the limited permission needed to host, display, distribute, process, moderate, index, promote, and make your submitted content available through the service.

You may not use Picazor to upload, promote, request, or share:

• content involving anyone under 18, or content that appears to involve minors
• non-consensual intimate content, hidden-camera material, revenge content, threats, coercion, or exploitation
• content you do not own or do not have permission to share
• personal information, doxxing, harassment, stalking, impersonation, or targeted abuse
• malware, phishing, spam, scraping abuse, automated attacks, or attempts to bypass security
• content or activity that violates applicable law or encourages illegal conduct

We may review, remove, restrict, label, disable access to, or preserve content when we believe it may violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, trigger a valid complaint, or harm the service or its users.

We may also limit features, remove visibility, block uploads, or terminate accounts at our discretion. We are not required to host or keep any user-submitted material.

Users must not upload content that infringes someone else's copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Copyright owners may send takedown notices to [email protected]. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the exact Picazor URL or material at issue, the complaining party's contact information, and any other details required by law.

Picazor may remove or disable access to reported material and may take action against repeat infringers, including account termination.

Content on Picazor may be uploaded by users or provided by third parties. Picazor does not endorse every item appearing on the service and is not responsible for user-submitted content except as required by applicable law.

Links, ads, embeds, or third-party services may lead to websites or services we do not control. Their rules and privacy practices are their own.

Do not interfere with Picazor's systems, overload the service, bypass restrictions, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the site, or use Picazor in a way that damages other users, the platform, or our service providers.

Picazor is provided as available and as is. We do not guarantee that the service will always be online, error-free, secure, or free from inaccurate, offensive, unavailable, removed, or user-submitted content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Picazor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, or for losses connected to user uploads, account actions, removed content, third-party services, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

We may update these Terms when the service changes or when legal, safety, or operational needs require it. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
